This one hour episode on Filipino Double Sticks seemed to have captured lightening in a jar. It became an international bestseller on the subject, and is still talked about as an excellent breakdown, exercise and training methodology for over 45 double stick drills.

This film also covers a certain highly combative, prized, training drill pattern as invented by Filipino Grandmaster Ernesto Presas. This original version based on 14 angles of attack is still a favorite exercise among many Filipino practitioners.
